- ProfilePresently after celebrating the 10-year anniversary of brewing their first batch of Tropical Mango Pale Ale, St. John Brewers have gone on to create and bottle several different styles of beer as well as a root beer and an energy drink. Their products are sold throughout the Virgin Islands as well as in several states in the U.S. Additionally, Vyas and Chipman own and operate The Tap Room, the flagship brewpub of St. John Brewers located in the heart of Cruz Bay, St. John.

Toasted Coconut Brown AleToasted Coconut Brown has been a great addition to our draft selection and is one of our most popular beers. Dark brown in color, medium bodied with a mildly sweet malty finish. Inhale the fresh coconut aroma and savor the flavor of the lingering coconut finish. This is one of our best creations if we do say so ourselves. ABV 5.4%Tropical Mango Pale AleOur flagship beer that embodies the uniqueness and character of the Caribbean. Subtle malt notes start this beer off and it finishes with just the right amount of hop for balance. ABV 4.5%Island Summer AleThis half wheat, half pale filtered ale has just the right body and mouth feel to complement its smooth clean finish. It’s the perfect beer to grab when the days get longer and the sun warms the body and soul. For our friends that live and travel to the Virgin Islands…..the calendar may not always say Summer but the thermometer always says at least 80.
