Awesome location about as close to the beach as you can get in Cowpet Bay! All the amenities you need! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. Grab a cold drink at the beach bar and relax the day away! Formerly known as “Beachtops”… it is currently being renovated so it will be SPECTACULAR for Fall 2018!! Because of this, there are no accurate photos of the interior as of yet but almost everything will be BRAND NEW inside, inlcuding new bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, new furnishings including linens, towels, etc. The look will be sleek and modern with some Caribbean turquoise hues in the tile work in kitchen and bathrooms. Upon request, I can directly send you some renderings of what it will look like.

You will never need to leave the resort and this condo, but if you choose to, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook… shopping, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.
Island Dream Vacations can assist in grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excurtions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, and housekeeping services.

If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we may refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason other than Hurricanes Cat 3+, on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
